This man should be fired along with NICOLE who works at the east haven branch. Called many times to speak with a supervisor and they hung up each time. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to contact Allstate corporate to get service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
