Excellent, friendly staff! We had a large group (18 people) and did not realize our reservation was for the wrong date until we arrived at 11:30 at night. The staff found rooms for us, transferred our reservation, and made sure we had everything we needed. Very accommodating, highly recommended!
Breakfast is good and less than 3 miles to Yale
At this hotel, you get what you pay for. Rooms are fairly large but they're definitely showing their age. Breakfast is decent, there is a pool but not much else. As far as the location is concerned, it could be better. There's definitely better places to stay in New Haven, but if your budget is tight then this Quality Inn will suffice.
Nice Hotel and Convenient Location.
Great and beautiful hotel - stayed here twice. Relatively affordable, especially for the quality and atmosphere of both the hotel and the rooms. I'd recommend the second floor, just so you are less likely to see people walk by your room. Not a big deal though, there are sheer shades and blackout shades nonetheless. Nice hotel, nice people!
I have never experienced worse consumer service. I booked my reservation with all the intentions to stay the night. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled and I was forced to attempt to cancel my reservation. I booked through Priceline and they said they need to call the hotel in order to refund my money. Of course they didn't have a supervisor working Sunday night so they couldn't confirm or deny until Monday. I called back Monday and the wonderful Quality Inn and supervisor Fernando said NOPE. Sorry we aren't giving your money back. No reason at all given. I would give them zero stars if possible. Do not stay here. They will rob you blind.
