I have been actively looking for a car. My GF called them and set me up for a call. I was contacted by a saleswoman named Marylin. She Promised me to bring the car I liked in 4 days. But never heard back from the woman again who was so quick to run my credit over the phone. Not only their service is bad, their prices are not any cheaper than the average Market price. Such a let down!
I absolutely LOVED the service I received at CarMax. Biten (the sales consultant), was awesome because he helped me from the very beginning to the very end. That is what I call superb customer service. He nailed it! The environment was also great. The rest of the staff was friendly and willing to help if I needed it, the location was convenient and easy to find, everything was clean and the car selection is great as well. I would highly recommend CarMax to everyone I know. I love my car and I love how attentive Biten was and still is with any questions I've had. You guys ROCK!!!!
