My advise is avoid Aubrey. Unfortunately his desk the first one you are greeted to when walking in from the garage. Go to the left immediately and deal with Rena desk 1 or or the other person desk 2. Aubrey will nickle and dime you anyway he can and not even smile.
My go to Service Advisor is Rena Holloman. Friendly and courteous, everything you'd expect from a upscale service department. I had called her Friday to arrange a water pump replacement and oil change on my Mother's 2007 Lexus ES350.
He did have the problem in the system, quoted me the price Rena had quoted and managed to hand me the keys to the loaner and point to the general direction of it's location in the parking lot. No eta on when my car would be ready.
Excellent customer service with great discount too. Service and repair is also available here. The sales consultant is a perfect gentleman; he gave me tour and was willing to answer all my questions- great guy.
This is an excellent dealership. While the entire team did an excellent job making the purchase and delivery of my new vehicle hassle-free, I highly recommend that you request salesperson Greg Razzaia. Very competitive pricing and very friendly. No stress.
That's what you should expect from Lexus?? Pound sand and go through the paperwork with a fine tooth comb. Friendly customer service? Forget it with this guy. Never again.

I usually have a positive experience with the service department at McDermott Lexus but my last visit on 12/04/17 did not meet that standard.
My family only purchases cars from David McDermott Lexus. They are efficient, honest and really focused on providing the best for their customers. Ralph is our go-to guy whenever we need a new car!
At 2 pm get the call my car is ready. Go to pay but bill seems higher than it should. I knew the water pump was going to be $900+ but this was over $1100. Rena researches it and what Aubrey does is charge $75 for a oil change. I purchased a Lexus there and so did my mother.and they've always been serviced there. I never remember paying over $50 on a oil change. The extra money is not a issue but his response when questioned about it was: "You signed the papers".
Unfortunately on my arrival she was helping another customer to a loaner car and I was direct to Aubrey. He appeared bothered I was there. Unfriendly, unwelcoming and condescending come to mind.
